Stay with Royal Vacations!!

Adam’s listing was beautiful in a private area surrounded by great nature and surroundings. The house itself was very clean and spacious and the amenities offered were excellent. It was also very close to everything we needed to get to. Adam was very responsive and always helpful and friendly and it was great staying at his place and would definitely stay here again and recommend this aesthetic place for a relaxing stay!

We had a great stay and Adam was a terrific host. Home was as pictured and in a quaint, quiet neighborhood. Had sidewalks to have my afternoon walk by the pond in the neighborhood. There was a restaurant right outside the neighborhood that we really enjoyed. We will definately keep this home in mind when we return this way again!

It was a great location with a great view. The entire place had a beachy feel and it was nice to have the view all day of the beach. We will be back for sure!

What an amazing host! Adam was so kind to us during our stay. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and wants to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay at his condo. Everything was exactly as described and looks just like the photos. The check in instructions were so clear and made the whole process very seamless. The condo is in a great location and it’s in close proximity to lots of great shops and restaurants. I loved the fact that it was on the first floor and it was always very quiet. We felt right at home and had an amazing vacation in OC!

Adam was very helpful responding to any messages. The place was clean had all I needed. We did have one issue with one of the room flooding didn’t really bother us and he had maintenance come clean it up but water just keeped coming up. Not Adam’s fault I don’t believe Hopefully it’s fixed by now. But all and all it was a great stay and we would stay there again. Thanks Adam

Had a great stay. Place was clean and the pool and hot tub was a plus. Loved the ocean view and being able to walk to the ocean quickly. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. We especially loved the short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wow! Our only regret and disappointment on our stay was that we couldn’t stay longer! The unit was super clean and comfortable. We love the large dining room table where we were able to roll out paper and pick crabs as a family! Adam‘s place was very homey and spacious. The location was absolutely perfect for the beach with lots of things to do in the area. We will definitely be back! Also, my husband forgot his Apple Watch, which is his lifeline at work in the unit. Before we even realized it, the main service had notified Adam and he emailed us. His response time was super fast and explain clearly how his cleaning service was going to return the watch to us! Literally the hero of the trip was Adam! Thank you so much for having us. Can’t wait to see you again!

Staying at Adam's place was a dream! The house was immaculate inside, and being able to view the bay from the dinner table was amazing. The location was so peaceful and there's plenty of space in the house for my crew to be able to unwind and enjoy themselves. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

The place was perfect, a beautiful spot. The view in the sunroom was to die for, my kids loved the toys as well. The host was friendly and very family accommodating. Definitely will be back soon ☺️
