Good to know
Bedroom flooring was replaced this past year! The Master Bedroom has a King-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (guests sleep on Bunk Bed at their own risk) with a full and twin size mattress. There is also a pull-out mattress within the Living-Room sofa and a single private daybed in the enclosed sunroom. The Living Room and each Bedroom have a TV with DirecTV Cable access. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen with new appliances, microwave, a basic Coffee Maker & Coffee Supplies, etc. Blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels are provided with the Unit. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.
House Rules
Hi, I really just have a few simple rules: NO SMOKING of Any Kind is allowed on property. A $350 charge will be Applied if Violated. Also, No Pets. - Thank You - And please respect that checkout is by 10AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. Also, may not be suitable for more than 2 infants, or large number of children. The Atlantis Association requires every guest to check-in and register with the Security/Administration Office located under the building in the underpass and receive a Parking Permit which is $60 for the first vehicles' entire stay and $15/day for each additional vehicle (up to $60) when extra space is available. ***This is a separate fee collected directly by The Atlantis.*** Thanks, - Adam

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Restaurants, Gold Coast Mall and Numerous Shops. It is also just a short drive to Ocean City's Downtown Boardwalk area, Amusements, also a Casino (Ocean Downs), & World-Class Golf Courses (Lighthouse Sound, Bayside, River Run, Rum Point, Bear Trap, etc.). Bull on the Beach and Layton's Family Restaurant is only a few southern blocks away. They are some of the more popular local restaurants. Also the Location is very close to beautiful Northside Park that boasts Bayfront Walkways, Fishing & Crabbing Pier, Picnic Area, Baseball Fields, Large Playground, Winterfest of Lights (Dec & Jan) and Weekly Events throughout the year. Northside Park also has an Awesome 4th of July Fireworks Display!

You will have full access to the entire condo unit. And there is a large seasonal (Mid-May - Mid-End of September) community swimming pool and sunbathing area in this complex. The Condo is Oceanfront and only a few steps away from the Beach!!

Located in Central Ocean City, Maryland - all sites in OC, West OC and other nearby towns (Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Dewey) are very drivable. And as mentioned, you can walk to a number of sites, but there is also public busing transportation, Uber/Lyft as well as plenty of taxi services.
