This 3 acre Home with Private Pond on property, is located in Stevensville/Kent Island has a quiet & peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac. The first floor has the Kitchen, Living Room with a large sectional sofa, a Full Bathroom, a Sauna w/Shower, the Master Bedroom with King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed. Located on the upper level is a Bedroom/Loft Area that sleeps 6 with 2 Full-Sized Beds and a Full Pullout Sofa. Upper level also has a 2nd Master Bedroom with a King-Size Bed and Full Bathroom. There are Smart TV's with streaming services in the living room and Master Bedroom. The House also has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc. Sheets/linens, bath towels, blankets & pillows, ARE provided. Beach Towels are NOT provided. The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Also, per county regulations, there is a maximum of 8 adults (18 years or older) allowed to stay over at the property and may not be suitable for more than 2 infants, or large number of children. - The home is two stories with necessity to climb a few stairs to access the entry and a set of stairs to access the upper floor inside. However there are 2 bedrooms, including a master, on the first floor. - Also, there is a private workshop on the property that houses businesses that may be active during normal business hours. - The Waterfront & Lakeview description refers to the Private Pond that is located directly on the property. - Per county regulations, there is a maximum of 8 adults (18 years or older) allowed to stay over at the property.
