Adam’s place was very clean and he was very efficient with responding to my message. Everything was within walking distance and the price was very nice for everything that there was to offer!

Adam's Place in Garden City was exactly as described in the listing. the place was decorated well had all the kitchen necessities. The view while not ocean front was as close to ocean front as you could get overlooking the pool and then straight out to the ocean. the place is about three blocks from the main Garden City drag with the pier and other fun things to do as a child or an adult. My two favorite places are the marsh walk in Murrells Inlet and Huntington Beach State Park both are always worth visiting. We rented two bikes from Cyclopedia which we used to ride to the park and exploring. Coming to this area south of Myrtle Beach for the last 25 years this has been one of the nicer places we've stayed. Bravo Alex!

Had so much fun at Adam's airbnb everything was perfect, Adam was supper attentive making sure my guests and I were comfortable! We were also able to check in earlier then the check in time! Definitely will be booking at my next stay at Ocean City! 10/10 recommend

The place was great and the area was nice, lots of nice places to eat near by, quiet neighborhood, plenty of fishing charters and few minutes away, will def try to book here again

Adam was Amazing from start to finish and checked up on us several times during our stay to see if we needed anything.
Nice place and location for Cruisin weekend. Had everything we needed. Even provided a sweet little bottle of wine for us upon our arrival. Wonderful host.

This house was very cozy and warm for me, my two kids, my dad and my kids father. The couch is a boneless couch which I loved so easy to make into a bed and out back together. It was a little water front view which would have been amazing if I brought my fishing poles 😂. But over all he was very friendly and helpful and the house was great

Adam's place was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the ocean view! Everything was clean, and check in was a breeze. There is a very faint smoke smell, so beware if you are extra sensitive. Otherwise I recommend this apartment.

Great space, and a great host! Adam was on point with communication and the space accurately matched the pictures and descriptions. We will surely be staying again if available next time around!

We had a wonderful stay at Adam’s place. The house had everything we needed and more. It was beautiful and in a very private location. So peaceful. It was a perfect space for my daughter to have a slumber party with a few of her friends, lots of space for them to hang out in the upstairs level while another mom and I had our own little girls night in the downstairs living room. Adam was very kind and kept in touch to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend booking this Airbnb, you won’t regret it! I’m sure we will be back again in the future!

My daughter and I recently stayed at Adam's place. Checking in was a breeze on the keypad with code easy to know and remember! You do have to climb a few sets of stairs to get to his apartment. The house was clean, and had everything we needed for the week. Nicely stocked. loved the balcony. The view is amazing!! Nice laid back, quiet part of the beach. Very family friendly area to be in. we felt safe at all times here at Marinetime! Just a short walk to the pier. Thank-you for being so flexible and responsive. We would love to be back.
