This inviting 2-bedroom cottage comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, offering plenty of space to relax after a day exploring the coast.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with generous closet space.

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests.

Living Room: Comfortable seating and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

Open Den: Additional lounging area featuring a futon that provides extra sleeping space for one guest.

Bathroom: One full bathroom.

The open den offers additional flexibility for families and groups traveling together. Please note that the den is an open space rather than a private bedroom.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire Lighthouse Cottage vacation home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor deck with gas grill (April-September).

The home sits on a spacious, mostly open 1.5-acre property, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Guests also have convenient on-site parking, including designated space for boats and trailers.

**Please Note:** The yard is not fenced. A separate trailer toward the rear of the property is occupied by a long-term tenant. Locked owner's closets and the detached pole building (used for storage) are not accessible to guests. Please respect the resident's privacy and keep the driveway clear.

Parking: Enjoy convenient, complimentary on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles. Boats and trailers are welcome, just ask about parking.

Alternative Transportation: Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services may be available, although availability can vary by season and time of day. We recommend arranging transportation in advance when possible.

The cottage is located outside the main resort areas, so beaches, restaurants, and major attractions are best reached by car. Enjoy the freedom to explore the coast at your own pace, then return to your peaceful retreat away from the crowds!

A Few Things to Know About Lighthouse Cottage:

🐾 Pet-Friendly: We love welcoming four-legged family members! All pets must be included in your reservation, and an additional pet fee applies. Please note that the yard is not fenced, so pets should be supervised and kept safely secured when outdoors.

🌳 Property & Outdoor Space: The cottage sits on a spacious, mostly open 1.5-acre property, offering a peaceful setting and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

🏡 Additional Residence: A separate, privately occupied trailer is located toward the rear of the property and is home to a long-term tenant. The trailer is not part of the vacation rental, and we kindly ask guests to respect the resident's privacy.

🔒 Owner Storage: The pole building located toward the rear of the property is reserved for owners' storage and is not accessible to guests.

🚗 Parking: Convenient on-site parking is available, including room for boat and motorcycle trailers. Please park in the designated parking areas off the driveway and keep the driveway clear and accessible at all times.

🗑️ Trash Collection: Trash pickup is every Wednesday. The owner will bring the trash cans to the roadside on Tuesday evenings for collection.

Security Camera: There is only one security camera present and only points at the exterior Pole Building.
