Stay with Royal Vacations!!

Adam was a great host. Responsive, flexible and proactive. The house was great. Quiet, private and beautiful surroundings! Everything was clean and comfortable. My friends and I had a great time sitting on the deck in the morning enjoying coffee and catching up. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at Adam's place for 2 nights. We were going to a wedding at the Kent Island Resort. His place was only 15 min from the resort, which made our plans very convenient and not stressing to get to the wedding on time. Adam's was very helpful as to the location. He also communicated several times before our visit and made himself available to us. The house was easy to find. Plenty of parking. The rooms were perfect for our needed accommodations. Clean , quiet and relaxing. All essentials were provided. We didn't have time to enjoy the water however we were only 1 block away. Very nice community. If we have the need to be in this area again I would stay at Adam's place A+
