Adam's place was perfect for our one night stop over between DC and Chincoteague. Nice quite street not far from several restaurants. It's a whole house that was clean and comfortable.

We love staying at the Atlantis (great location, easy parking, beautiful views) but this was the first time we rented this particular condo. This is by the far the nicest condo we have rented at the Atlantis, modern and up to date and very clean. The beds were all comfortable and we really appreciated not needing to bring linens with us. You have a great view from this condo not only of the beach, but of the bay out of the front door. Would definitely book with Adam again!

The house was as described and it was exactly what we needed for a quick visit. The neighborhood felt safe so we took a walk and found a cute little bay beach with beautiful sunset views.

Adam’s place gets the job done! This is my second stay with Adam. I returned this year because what it offers is exactly what you want from a beach stay. First, the accommodations are comfortable, clean and well located. Although you are not close to the board walk you are close to the beach. The building has a nice pool and after passing the pool you walk right on to the beach!Yep, no crossing the street carrying all your stuff. There are several spots to grab food near by, including the Little House of Pancakes! Finally, my family, including my 84 year old mother were all pleased. Overall, I recommend Adam as a host so much that I will return next year for a week long stay! Thanks Adam!

We had a fantastic stay at this townhouse in Millville, Delaware! The location was super convenient—just a short walk to the Giant grocery store and a great local pizza shop, and only a straight, easy drive down to Bethany Beach.
The home itself was spacious and very comfortable for our group of nine. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day at the beach. Everything was extremely clean, and the host, Adam, was excellent—he responded to messages very quickly and provided all the information we needed, including WiFi details and how to use the TVs.
One feature that really stood out was the master bedroom on the main floor, which included a walk-in shower with a bench. This was especially appreciated since I had injured my knee just before our trip and wasn’t able to manage stairs—having that accessible option made a big difference.
Overall, the home was welcoming, well-stocked, and perfect for a beach getaway. I’d absolutely recommend staying here!

Adam was very responsive and made sure we checked in alright. My family and I had a really great time and loved the home! The house was clean and organized upon arrival. We enjoyed the complimentary wine and mints. Even after we left, Adam went out of his way and messaged me that I had forgotten a belonging at the home. I was able to pick it up with no issue. I appreciate his genuineness and friendly character. I will definitely be using this airbnb in the future again.

Adam is a very courteous and hospitable host, his communication made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire duration of my stay. I felt right at home, as his place surpassed my expectation, very spacious and lacking nothing. If you’re in search for a peaceful and private place to stay, look no further, Adam’s place is the perfect destination and you will be highly satisfied. Truly a 5-star experience!

We had a great stay. The title explained everything we experienced. It was very close to the beach but away from commotion. I don’t think it was advertised in the listing but we really enjoyed being able to use the grill which was located across the parking lot but had a beautiful backdrop of the bay and sunset. Adam was very responsive and all the directions were perfectly clear. We enjoyed the many options of food and entertainment around us. Parking was very convenient not only at the condo but as we drove to other places on our visit. Most importantly, our 8yr old had a great time and the walks to attractions was doable for him. If there was anything to complain about, it would be the fact that it seemed lots of the garbage and debris from the restaurant not far away made it into the parking lot.

Adam’s listing was beautiful in a private area surrounded by great nature and surroundings. The house itself was very clean and spacious and the amenities offered were excellent. It was also very close to everything we needed to get to. Adam was very responsive and always helpful and friendly and it was great staying at his place and would definitely stay here again and recommend this aesthetic place for a relaxing stay!
