Bedroom flooring was replaced this past year! The Master Bedroom has a King-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (guests sleep on Bunk Bed at their own risk) with a full and twin size mattress. There is also a pull-out mattress within the Living-Room sofa and a single private daybed in the enclosed sunroom. The Living Room and each Bedroom have a TV with DirecTV Cable access. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen with new appliances, microwave, a basic Coffee Maker & Coffee Supplies, etc. Blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels are provided with the Unit. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.
