The First-Floor Master Bedroom has a New King-Size Bed Set! Upstairs the second bedroom also has a Queen Bed and third bedroom has two twin-size beds. There is also a Daybed with underneath trundle in the upstairs Loft and a sleeper sectional pull-out sofa. The living room and master bedroom has a TV with streaming services available. This home has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Drip Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc. Sheets/linens, bath towels, blankets & pillows, ARE provided. Beach Towels are NOT provided. The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.
House Rules
Hi, I really just have a few simple rules: NO SMOKING of Any Kind is allowed on property. A $350 charge will be Applied if Violated. Also, No Pets. - Thank You And please respect that checkout is by 10AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. Other Details to Note
The home is two-stories with needing to climb stairs to access the second floor. However the Master Bedroom is on the first floor and there are no steps to enter the home. Please note that Trailers and Commercial Vehicles are not allowed in the neighborhood per the HOA guidelines. If brought they will need to be parked in the nearby Shopping Center. Also all vehicles must be parked in the driveway or a nearby community parking lot. Parking on the roadways is not permitted at any time and may be subject to fines/towing. Note: This home is directly adjacent to woods and some bugs may be in and around the home.

There is also a Casino (Ocean Downs), & World-Class Golf Courses (Lighthouse Sound, Bayside, River Run, Rum Point, Bear Trap, etc.) in the nearby area as well. Located in wonderful Millville, Delaware - all sites in Ocean View, Bethany Beach and other nearby towns are very drivable. And as mentioned, you can walk to a number of local sites, but there is also public busing transportation, Uber/Lyft as well as plenty of taxi services.
