Along with the NEW Sheets, Towels & Comforters, there was NEW Flooring installed in both bedrooms and the bathroom & NEW Blinds and Ceiling Fan as well! *** The Master Bedroom has a Full-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (guests sleep on Bunk Bed at their own risk) with a full and twin size mattress. There is also a pull-out bed within the Living-Room sofa that sleeps two. The living room TV is a smart TV compatible with all your streaming apps. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Kitchen, Microwave, and a Coffee Maker w/Supplies, etc. Paid Washer/Dryer is separate and on site. Sheets/linens, bath towels, blankets & pillows, ARE provided. Beach Towels are NOT provided. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.
House Rules
Hi, I really just have a few simple rules: NO SMOKING of Any Kind is allowed on property. A $350 charge will be Applied if Violated. Also, No Pets. - Thank You And please respect that checkout is by 10AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. Also, may not be suitable for more than 2 infants, or large number of children. Thanks, - Adam
Other Details to Note
Condo is on the ground floor with no stairs and there is plenty of unmarked parking spots on site. There is an outdoor community space by the canal that has a picnic table, grass, and a dock. There is also an outdoor hose to rinse off on the side of the building.

Neighborhood
The property is conveniently located within a 6 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk! Also walkable is many popular restaurants, several mini-golf courses and numerous shops. It is also just a short drive to Ocean City's Downtown Boardwalk area, Seacrets, Amusements, also a Casino (Ocean Downs), & World-Class Golf Courses (Lighthouse Sound, Bayside, River Run, Rum Point, Bear Trap, etc.). Blu Crabhouse, The Embers, The Other One Brewing Co, and Jay's Cafe are all just a stone's throw away and all are local favorites. Surf's Up arcade and Ocean City Axe Throwing are located in the same building as the previously mentioned restaurants and are the perfect entertainment for rainy days! The Location is very close to the fun Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, several local favorite restaurants, and the endless fun of the beach and boardwalk.

Located in Downtown Ocean City, Maryland - all sites in OC, West OC and other nearby towns (Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Dewey) are very drivable. And as mentioned, you can walk to a number of sites, but there is also public busing transportation, Uber/Lyft as well as plenty of taxi services.
