Good to know
Both Bedrooms have a Queen-Size Bed and an in-suite Full Bathroom. There is also a pull-out bed within the Living-Room sofa that sleeps two. The Living Room and Master Bedroom have a TV with DirecTV Cable access. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, a Coffee Machine w/Supplies, etc. Sheets/linens, bath towels, blankets & pillows, ARE provided. Beach Towels are NOT provided. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Hi, I really just have a few simple rules: - NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed on property (including vaping). A $350 charge will be applied if violated. Also, no pets. Thank you. - No events or parties allowed. - Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Infants (under 2 years old) and children are welcome, but may not be suitable for more than 2 infants or a large number of children. - And please respect that checkout is by 10AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. Lots of State and town Parks and with kayak/canoe launches are nearby. The vibe is great in Ocean City — good for families and couples seeking a relaxed beach experience. - Community amenities include a Large bayfront pool open 10-am to 10 pm, bathrooms and vending, grilling area and dock access for fishing, crabbing and kayaking with plenty of dockside seating to take in the amazing sunsets and enjoy catch of the day, or a grilled meal. The building also offers an outdoor shower. You will have full access to the entire condo unit. And there is a large seasonal (Memorial Day Weekend until Mid-End of September) community swimming pool and sunbathing area in this complex. The Condo is directly on the lagoon that leads to the Bay and only short walk from the Beach!!

Walkable for short trips along Coastal Highway (shops, boardwalk, restaurants). Many guests use a car for exploring the area and neighboring towns (West Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Bethany, Rehoboth) and grocery runs. Rideshare/taxi service is available but can be limited seasonally; Town Bus runs year-round. Bicycle and pedestrian routes exist but expect car crossings on Coastal Highway. Summer parking rules: on‑street permits/paid parking active mid‑May through mid‑September; check town site for current rules.
