This unit now has all new kitchen appliances & and new washer & dryer! The Master Bedroom has a new King-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (guests sleep on Bunk Bed at their own risk) with a full and twin size mattress. There is also a pull-out bed within the Living-Room sofa that sleeps two & a single private Daybed with a underneath trundle bed in the enclosed sunroom. The Living Room and Master Bedroom have a TV with DirecTV Cable access. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, a basic Coffee Maker & Coffee Supplies, etc. Blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels ARE provided with the Unit. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.
