Our Kent Island home with water views is in a quiet residential community in Stevensville, only a short walk from the Chesapeake Bay. With four bedrooms, a king-size master suite, two living areas and an upper outdoor deck, there’s room for up to 11 guests to spread out and still come together.
Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer make longer stays easy, and self check-in means your group can arrive on their own schedule.
Three Acres, a Private Pond and a Sauna
For larger groups, our Charming Coastal/Country Home sits on three peaceful acres at the end of a cul-de-sac, complete with a private pond. Inside, you’ll find two king-bed master bedrooms, a queen bedroom and a loft that sleeps six, with space for up to 14 guests.
The real treat? A sauna with shower on the ground floor, perfect for unwinding after a long day of celebrations.

Want to turn a family dinner or a rehearsal meal into something memorable? We’ve partnered with yhangry so you can book a private chef for your stay. Choose from relaxed family-style dinners, BBQ feasts or multi-course fine dining, all prepared in your vacation home while you enjoy the company.

- Both homes are non-smoking, and pets and parties aren’t permitted.
- Each home has a maximum of 8 adults within its total guest limit.
- Linens, bath towels, blankets and pillows are provided. Just bring your beach towels.
